YUCK! Oops!!!

As I was sitting in my couch drinking my Jasmine tea in the living room, bb came over, peeked at my tea and he said “YUCK”, waving his hand saying not nice. I told him, yes mommy’s tea, bb don’t like, don’t drink. He only likes Teh susu from Hainannese shop. After taking a sip, I place my teacup on the table. Bb was wondering around saying yuck yet again. I have 5 minutes to channel hopping before daddy took over for his soccer, channel 81. A few seconds later… I saw my tea all over the table; he just poured them out, cup still nicely standing but my tea all gone. I scolded him and make him said sorry, he felt sorry but never cry still very confident and went to play his Thomas & Friends train. Daddy was watching soccer already, this time I was reading a book and bb still playing his train set. Few minutes later… I squeaked loudly at bb, “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? WHY DID YOU DO IT AGAIN? DIDN'T I TELL YOU NOT TO DO IT?” This time, he poured away his daddy’s C...

Dinner. Stranger.

LAST NIGHT was MIL’s birthday. We went for a simple dinner at Mt. Kiara, a Taiwanese restaurant. Bb was excited to be out as usual, trying to show off how to operate his Bob the Builder’s bottle to uncle Jo, Bil. He has been sipping water from that bottle ever since daddy purchased it, which is good, no more bottles in public. He also created rapport with waiter and waitresses there. There was a fat uncle got so fond of him and present-ed him a chopstick holder. (Like that also can. Hah!) Bb showed it to me, it was in the shape of a Japanese koi fish. I told him to return it to uncle, Sri told me he returned but uncle insisted he kept it. UR! Okay! “Well, then you can keep it” I told him. Later, he came to me telling he was scared. I asked him why, he told me the BIG BIG uncle scary. Actually according to Sri, that uncle wanted to carry him, he got scared. Mil told me this - Once a stranger offer to carry bb, he wanted to go with stranger, mil threatened him that if he goes, he will ne...

Whose is bigger?

On Friday night, BB: “mommy, Pee pee…..” Mommy: Brought him to the toilet. After his pee, I wanted to grab a tissue to wipe him. Saw hand towel instead of toilet roll. I uttered to myself “So big”. BB: “Bb Cu Cu bird so BIG” Mommy: “Mommy meant tissue la, not your ku ku bird” *rolled eye* Saturday… We didn’t go out till in the evening on Saturday. Bb was delighted to be out of the house. He preferred to walk at all time. Phew! I was so relief, no need to carry an 11kg all around in the shopping mall. We decided to have Johnny’s steamboat in one U. As usual, he did not eat much the entire day. I cooked some Barley water for bb since he was having some runny nose. He finished the whole mug of them plus one whole bowl of egg. maze and bee hun during the dinner. After some food, he roamed around the restaurant with Sri while hubby and I enjoyed our peaceful dinner together. Hubby will only eat many greens when we have steamboat, other times he is very much a meat eater...

Don't touch, let me do it

I have been slack in updating bb’s development and visiting your blog. I filled my nighttime doing beads jewelry that people order from me. Thus, less time to blog but still have sufficient time to spend with bb. The other day, he came over and passed me a tiny little string of bullet from stapler he found in his toy bag. Luckily, he did not put it in his mouth. He wanted pretty much to do things on his own. He would open the gate with a remote control; hold on to it until the car enters the garage before closing it. “Kak don’t touch, mommy don’t touch, papa don’t touch, bb close”. He likes to lock himself up in the room and in the car, it is quite dangerous but he obeys me if I ask him to unlock the door. Phew! I used to have cold sweat when he do that but not anymore. He also likes to help himself with Vitagen in the fridge, leaving the other half with straw in it. *shake head* We brought him for swimming again, he enjoyed himself so much that he didn’t mind having wrinkle on his ha...

My first sex education

Bb likes to look at his photo book lately. “Mommy, Photo” , bb asked while pointing to one of the white drawer in the bedroom. He would flip through the entire album, pointing and naming people. After naming all people in the photograph, you would hear him say… “Oh..mommy tummy pain pain” , bb pointing at my last week of pregnancy photograph. Hah! His sex education starts here. I showed him the big tummy photo and tell him "BB inside mommy’s tummy . Next, mommy tummy pain pain (photo lying down in the hospital bed suffering) , Oh..Bb comes out, mommy carry bb at my arms and kiss kiss bb, then mommy tummy flat flat” I acted out the scene to show him where he came from. He stared at my acting and have gentle smile as if he understood what I said. He asks to see those photos almost everyday since last week. That’s not too bad eh? He knows I suffered delivering him and hope he will love me MORE. :)

My Wednesday

I think bb’s gums have been extremely itchy nowadays. He bites his security blanket and his little clown friend. Look at this “geli” clown. Bb called this clown “BB”. He bites and wet the clown at its nose; then chuck it away following the remarks “yuck”. Sri has been washing it every now and then so that clown remains clean for him to bite. He was a good boy this morning. Smile to me while weaving goodbye without crying. I enjoy moments like this, pleasantly peaceful. I am going to send these two letters for the “Aircool” contest in My FM hoping to get some cash. Hah! Hope they do call me. “Fingers crossed”. I have made some beaded rings and sold some to my colleagues. Yay! Such nice feeling enjoyed them. If you are interested, let me know . I will show you how to take measurement and make you one too. It’s handmade from 100% Swarovsky Crystal .
