Can I have a Hug please?

God Made Heaven, bigphoto

Mi: “Darling, I am feeling very empty…” hugging hubby while he was watching his all time favorite sitcom FRIENDS.

Hubby: “Is it because BB is not around?”

Mi: “No, I just feel empty and useless…I have lost my zest to work in a high profile job…”

Hubby kept quiet, he patted me and gently glides his fingers down my hair.

Mi: “Can I have a hug hug standing up please?”

We hugged tight and kissed each other good night.

A simple physical console is more then enough for women; men don’t have to fix things all the time. Being a good listener is God made Heaven.

A Special Day

I am very delighted today. Because I have again donated blood for the 3rd time in my life. In addition, I am even happier as it’s my birthday today. Hehe…I just thought it’s so meaningful to do such thing in my special day. I just went out for lunch with some colleagues and received well wishes from ex-colleagues. Daddy, thanks for the lovely gift too. That's 350ml of my red blood. My hubby don't even dare to try. Hehe! Conclution: Women are more brave than men. Agree?

Our Valentine's dinner

We left home at 7:30pm for dinner at Bangsar. We only reached the restaurant at 8:30pm. It was so jammed last night; I bet it’s because everyone was rushing to town to meet their sweet Valentine. Upon reaching the restaurant we were greeted by beautiful decorated rose petals and candle lights. Its Cava restaurant and bar, serve Spanish cuisine, special wines and cocktails. Only 3 tables were occupied at that time. We then ordered entrée of half a dozen escargots with butter and herbs; I went for baked cod fish, and hubby a lamb shank. Coupled with beer, I know, how inappropriate to have beer in that environment. Anyway, the food came in a short while when we chit chatted away happily. Other Valentines slowly arrived and filled up the entire restaurant. The placements of tables were a little too close to each other therefore I was a bit coy to snap photos of my food. We waited for a least half and hour before our main course was served. I was running out of patience, hubby jokingly sai...
